19 Midgets done this year!

I was able to get #20 - Circular Saw done this afternoon. I made an oops.... the innermost circles should have been the dark pink. Oh well, it is not going to change now.

I still am working on #9 - the hand applique block but probably won't get that done tonight...It should be done by Tuesday for Tiny Tuesday though.

I've signed up for another year of the rainbow scrap challenge that Angela is hosting. Red will be the color for January... which ties in perfectly with one of my projects that needs to get done. I'll be working on a graduation quilt in red, orange, yellow and pink with black as the accent color. I've decided to do Star Stuck again and think it will be a nice looking quilt. That will be the on-going project for January. I've also thought of 3 different patterns this year that I'll plan to do a block a weekend for and have a few nice quilts to put together at the end of the year. Go on over to SoScrappy and see what others are planning for next year.

Other projects - the Jacobs Ladder quilt along is continuing and should be a nice quilt in the next couple of months. I'm also joining Jo over at Jo's Country Junction for her Quilt along this year. I've ordered the 3 patterns and can't wait to start that one up as soon as they arrive. Another project leftover from Jo's website is the Crumb quilt. I've still to add the final borders and then need to get that quilted before the big reveal at the end of the month.

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2012!

Good job on getting circular saw done. It was a bear of a block. Trying to get paper pieced blocks to fit together with rotary cut parts is always a tricky reminder of how difficult it is to print true sized patterns.

Oh wow! That looks like a hard block! It looks great! BTW...I'm still in love with your green jacob's ladder! I have made a few quilts using that pattern because I love it soooo much!

Itty-bitty triangles AND curves? Excellent work!

I have printed out the patterns for 51 and up. I hope to start working on them soon but they may have to wait a little longer.
