A two post day...

I was able to finish this top this afternoon and my helper in the jeep helped me lay the top out on the grass. I'm waiting for him to get me the shed key so I can open the gate and bring the soccer net to the driveway... something about the hockey puck goes better on the driveway than the grass out back.

Another quilt top completed... I really need to go to Lowes tonight and pick up my boards so I can get these two pinned for quilting.

Fabulous finish. Love the border treatment.

What a terrific way to use your pink scraps. I have a grandson visiting this weekend who would love that ride on toy. And you are right the puck moves better on a smooth surface. Joanne

Great use of your scraps!

Good to see a finished pink top. My boys like to use a orange floor hockey ball and not a puck for street style hockey. And yes on the drive way is best.

I love your pink quilt top! I love pink and have thoroughly enjoyed the March Rainbow Challenge month.

Your pink quilt looks wonderful!

Oh I remember hockey way back at school... many many moons ago, LOL.. I played it on a compacted dirt field which was better than grass but not quite as fast as tarmac so there was a little more control. One of the few sports I actually enjoyed participating in. ;)
