Slow down Sunday.....

It has been so crazy busy this week it is a good time to sit down, relax and remember to breathe while stitching a few slow stitches this evening. After we get the kids settled in for the night I plan to grab my needle and thread and put these two parts together.
I think I may need to make five more of the colored ones for another column the length of it to make it wider. Then maybe another set of the white with colored middles..... oh boy, this is going to be the never ending one isn't it! It is a good thing these hexagon flowers are so fun to hand stitch.

Head on over to Kathy's Slow Stitching Sunday and see what others are working on today.

I really like the use of white in between the hexies - reminds me of a tile floor!

The white hexies with colored centers are adorable. Nice arrangement. Enjoy your hand stitching.

Hand stitching is fabulous for times when you want to slooooow down! Your hexie flowers are looking so fabulous, but then I say that every time you share a picture of them. Ha! And I love your new header (please tell me that it is new - ha!).

I love to see hexies being sewn. What are you making with them? I have some French General fabric hexes cut and ready to go but not sure what to make. Decision needed.
I'm visiting from Slow Sunday Stitching for the first time- oh, just noticed you took part in the triangle quilt along. Mine is still half done as other projects got in the way but I will finish it eventually.
I hope you enjoyed your peaceful Sunday.

Sooo pretty! It's funny how some projects just keep on growing! Glad you had some slow stitching time to relax.
