I think this one took longer to pick fabrics than to sew it up! I debated on making the heart light but went with the purples. This heart was fun to stitch. I could see this as a future Rainbow Scrap Challenge block =).

It is purplicious ! I love it, Deb. You have such a wonderful collection of purples and lavenders. You have me thinking that I do need to add more of that color to my stash. This block would be a great RSC block. Happy quilting. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great, Deb! I made the little heart block yesterday, but I think it needs some tweaking before I'm going to be happy with it. We made the 12 inch version of the heart for the Pieces of My Life QAL and I thought at the time that it would be a good one for the RSC. I'll send you a picture of it. I don't know if Melva still offers those blocks on the blog or if she has them in her shop now. But it definitely would be pretty in a rainbow of colors!
