Hate it when what should be an easy block ...Yikes! Hate it when what should be an easy block turns complicated. Getting my math brain out-- a nine patch in a 6 inch block should have 2.5 inch unfinished subunits. So the half triangle blocks are from the easy angle with a 2.5 inch strips.
