I also whipped up two of the yellow RSC sampler blocks yesterday. Lovers Knot and Framed Four Patch.
Then I started some outline quilting on the log cabin quilt in the blue sections. It's not the feathers yet but it is progress =).
On the way back from dropping Aidan to school this morning we saw a cat, a bunny and two adult wild turkeys with a bunch of babies. Aidan did mention he saw the baby turkey's last night on our scooter ride but they were gone by the time I caught up to the kids. You just never know what you will see when you leave the house in Florida.
Your getting a great start on RSC. I haven't even pulled out any yellow fabric. My cutting table is covered with red and green for my applique project. I need to put it away and make room for yellow
ReplyDeleteLooking good, Deb. Like the new picture of you, too.
ReplyDeleteWay to keep up! I like that furlough block too! Great colors!
ReplyDeleteWay to go Deb - you are making great progress.

ReplyDeleteGreat work this week! Hope it is starting to feel like summer.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are working on a lot of different projects - it's so much more fun that way! I can't believe you already have yellow blocks done for the RSC - I'm so far behind!
ReplyDeleteI've never heard of or seen a Liberal with Furlough block ... very interesting. You've been productive.
