Blue TATW block is completed!

If my calculations are correct this will be a finished 30 inch block. This is completely hand pieced with 2.5 inch squares and I think it might be hand quilted in a quilt as you go method. Should I continue on with more blue blocks or go with the Rainbow Scrap Challenge and add some other colors for each block(orange, yellow, red, green, purple)? I still have a week or so to decide =)

    Very nice! If you go with the rainbow scraps, this will will be very bright and pretty. If you stay with blues, I want it! Good luck deciding. ~Jeanne

    I think it would be an amazing quilt making each block in a different colour!

    Both would be nice, but I for one am particularly drawn to blue, so I'll vote blue. Ha!

    What do your scraps say Deb? Do you have an abundance of blues? I like the idea of this big 30" block being the center and have other blocks around it maybe.. not sure how big you wanna go though :) Just an idea to ponder this week! Kathi

    Looking good and quilt as you go is a good idea. I love a blue and white quilt but a rainbow one would be fun to make as well. At 30 inches, have you decided what size the finished quilt will be? That may influence your decision.
