Slow Sunday in Vermont

Sunny and zero degrees, feels like zero! A big change from76 degrees when we entered the airport in Sanford yesterday.

The kids were actually reading books in the airport.

My view this morning out the back window of my parents house.

Family gathering today at my brother's house before a wintery mix takes over tonight into tomorrow.  I fear the snow will disappear.

I packed light, and brought 2 hand work projects with me.

Epp brimfield with fabric and papers.

Instead of finishing my January cross stitch,  I'm starting a new one! I like the November wagon so will start that project later today. I pulled some floss from the January bag and started a new one.

Linking up with Kathy and the slow Sunday Stitchers.

  1. Have a wonderful time in Vermont! Hope you have time for fun activities and time to relax with your stitching, too. Maybe there will ice skating? :)

  3. It kind of cold and freezing rain here today in Southern Ontario. Good weather to cuddle up with a book and a hot cocoa. I see you are picking up Brimfield. I have my box with epp papers and Liberty fabrics loaded and ready to go. Trying to decide if I will mix in some solids. Too many decisions. Have a great visit with your family.
