I started out this morning blueberry picking with Aidan while Greg and Emily stayed home and cleaned the pool. I picked with her last Saturday.

RSC in Teal....and binding time.
It has been a busy day! I did relax this afternoon and got a couple more umbrella blocks completed while enjoying the comfortable temps on the back porch. I believe as of now I am all caught up! Sophie allowed me to pose them with her.... if I petted her after!

I also got to stitch a little on the binding while Emily cleaned the guinea pig cage and I supervised them and the cat (Ollie) who was watching them intently. I'll be working on that binding for a while - each side of the log cabin is 94 inches long..... that's a lot of binding!
I'm linking up with the Rainbow Scrap Challenge and Slow Sunday Stitching.

you have been busy! I am wondering what color will be next for the RSC?
Fresh picked blueberries with a side of quilting? Delicious!!
That is a lot of binding but it means you are nearly finished a whole quilt. What do you make with the blueberries?
I should be making your umbrella blocks...its been a rainy april here. I could do aqua all year but i am also wondering which color is next.....
Umbrellas in rainbow colors is a fun idea!!
Whew! That IS a lot of binding!! Sounds like a fun week.
Your little umbrellas are really cute; fresh blueberries--
yum; I am just finishing off my frozen ones from last year...hugs, Julierose
We got to pick fresh blueberries once in Vermont - so yummy! Love your turquoise umbrellas, too! I bet that pool comes in handy - have you figured out how to swim and stitch at the same time? :)
Love the photo of Sophie and the umbrellas!
Enjoy your Slow Sunday Stitching today ... and the fresh blueberries!
I love to pick blueberries and so many yummy recipes for them. Seems everyone's busy these days. Love your tiny umbrellas
Congrats on delegating so that you worked in a little stitching time.
Your umbrella blocks look very pretty. They remind me of a quilt that my mom has that she believes one of her relatives made when she was a kid. Mom is 92 by the way.
