Saturday in light blue.....

I got a lot of hand work time over the last week and my blue hexagon flowers are my proof!

I also did a quick 16 patch in light blues.

There were a few black churn dashes worked this week as well in between seams on the Celtic Solstice quilt.

Celtic Solstice took me a wee bit longer than I was thinking so next week I will take a look at all my sampler blocks and see what I come up with. Angela's is looking lovely and I really like how Sheila set hers.

I'm working this weekend so I'll check in to the RSC link party when I can.
Have a wonderful weekend.

You did get a lot of flowers made. After making my mini churn dash, I think I really need to make a larger one, such a fun block to make.

Love your hexies! I'm trying to get a few light blue ones done this month myself.

Your hexagons are just so pretty! I love those yellow centers--so cheery! Your churn dashes are mounting up, too--nice! Hugs, Julierose

Great blue hexies. It looks like spring with bluebells and grape hyacinths!

Sweet light blue hexies. 16 patch blocks are one of my favorite blocks.
Thanks for the kind words about my sampler rainbow flimsy. I quilt on a domestic machine and shy away from attempting queen and king sized quilts. I also prefer to make rectangle quilts. I look forward to seeing how you put your sampler blocks together : )

Your blue hexagons are looking good. I'm only finishing up my 2nd flower for the month.
