In the spirit of red for the July RSC Challenge I was cutting some red and maroon 2.5 inch strips this morning. They will be turned into 16 patch blocks, twinkle stars and then some dresden plates =). Now if the kids will let me sew a bit today......
I also got the snails trail quilted - not quilted how I envisioned it but it is quilted and the binding is machine stitched on. Just need to hand stitch it to the back and then I can show it. Hopefully in the next day or two.

Blues always catch my eye, but I will admit that I'm developing a love affair with red ... and yours are fabulous!
