I finally got the last of the binding sewn down last night on this green and brown bricks and stepping stones quilt. Just in the nick of time to get a finish for the month of August!
Pattern from Bonnie Hunter's Quiltville under the free patterns. Made from my stash. I used up some homespun tan on the back along with another neutral to fit in with my RSC Challenge month of neutrals.
Your bricks and stepping stone quilt is wonderful. I'm going to be making this quilt next year. I've got all the 4-patches sewn, they just need to get pressed. I'm planning on moving a lot of fall colored fabrics out of the stash. I hope it does use up a lot anyway.
This looks like such a cozy, come-curl-up-in-front-of-the-fire quilt. I need to make something with my browns and neutrals. I didn't think I had many until I rearranged my stash for new shelves recently.
