This has become Aidan's corner for planting. He added 4 plants yesterday and the two leafy ones last weekend. |
Today... I plan to finally get the last row of hand stitching done on the green tumbler quilt top. I have 6 of the 20 tumblers stitched together. The end is in sight.
A little house cleaning and then some quality time in the sewing room. A nice walk in the cooler temps today should happen once or twice as well.
A little applique tonight on the first save the bees block should be a nice relaxing end to the weekend. I need 2 parts in the middle of the flower - the yellows will cover that and then some leaves.... and the bee on the side of course.
Linking up with the other slow Sunday stitchers.

Love, love, LOVE that you've got the kids out working in your garden!! We went wrong on that end of the parenting spectrum. It was more trouble than it was worth to get them to help in later years because of it! :o((
Your flower block is looking terrific!
You're making indoor and outdoor flower beds! LOL
Fun that you can be planting flowers this time of year instead of tearing them out like I was the other day! Your Save the Bees block looks like it will be full of fun color, too!
Looks like some pretty good helpers. Sounds like Aiden has a green thumb! I need to get some pansies for my large pot. They did so well there last winter! It's nice to see some color all year round isn't it!
