February OMG - goal

February One Monthly Goal. I have this little bucket of 'projects' that I would like to move along this year (OK, I've had this bucket of projects sitting here for 2 years.... shhhhh)

I might add a couple since I found a few while looking for something this month.

And the winner picked for the month of February is:

This is where Feb 1 started. I rolled it on Friday night and yes, that is the end of this quilt. I hand pieced this multi trip quilt a few years ago using 2.5 inch squares. It is 90x90 with 3 rows of 3 colors. It is the first quilt I put on this hand quilting EZ3 Grace Frame a couple of years ago. I think it is time to get it finished.

This was Sunday's progress. The middle 5 squares of this block were quilted in the blue section. Pink and dark green to go before the last roll of this quilt.

February OMG is Finish Quilting The 90x90 Trip Around the World Quilt on the frame.
I rolled it Friday - I have 1 roll left. Maybe I'll even get it bound this month? We will see.

Linking up with the February 2020 OMG.

This is the whole quilt. The middle and right sides are quilted. Each color block is 30x30 inches.

it looks great - and that is one way to decide what to work on!

Go for broke and get the binding on. Then it will be completely finished. I am just going to keep making more blocks.

... and what a finish it is! Pity you can't take a trip around the world on it.

Looks and sounds like a great goal for February--
so I wish you the best in finishing it--
I do have a tote with about 9 projects I think that need putting together-and finishing--but in the mean time--I do have plenty of projects --in the works--sometimes it is hard to pick which one to work on--isn't it??
luv, di
