Time change.... everyone is sleeping in but since the cats did not get the memo, Sophie was meowing right on schedule. Early! While I was up I fed all 3 cats, let the chickens out of the coop into the run and refilled their oyster shells and put some food down so everyone could eat without fighting. Coffee perking was the next on the list. After checking a few websites and checking out the local news... it was time to stitch a hexagon for the day. March is darker green. First - I stitch down the folded over 'binding'.
Then I quilt it following along the edges.
Before long there is a completed Hexagon quilt as you go block ready to add to the pile.
I will finish up quilting the last block - number 18 on my Hand Pieced Quilt Along quilt from 2019. I'll go back and add 3 lines to the sashing and then I'll figure out what to put in the side triangles. They are not very big - but I'm thinking maybe hearts? Still time to decide.
Linking up with Kathy and the other slow stitchers.
