It has taken me a bit of time to figure out what I want my January OMG to be. I finally decided I'd like to hand piece one 'section' on my Hexagon Quilt as you go quilt. I have hand pieced one per day last year and managed to get most of them into sets of 4. I'm going to grab 12 of those sets of 4 and hand piece them into rows of 8 and then stitch those all together. I did a different color each month so that grouping will have a variety of color. This is the first section I will work on for January. I will probably move the last column around a bit to space out the light and darks.
I just sorted all the sets of 4 into groupings of 12, attempting to spread out the colors a bit for future sections.
So, the goal for January is to have these 12 sets all sewn together by hand. It should be a very achievable goal.

This is a great goal. Good luck with it. Schools here are closed till Jan.27 till Omicron calms down which apparently it will. Fingers crossed!
