The next set of 12....

I pulled the next set of 12 and they are stitched into 3 sets of 4. It was a relaxing day of watching Murdoch Mysteries on Hulu. I am still on Season 1 but close to the end of it I think. I also finished watching the last few episodes of the British Bake Off on Netflix.  Back to work and school today for everyone. Sigh... back to the old thinking of what to make for dinner again this week. No clue at this point. I did just make a hot ham and swiss sandwich (ok - my version of grilled cheese) for lunch. A fully stocked freezer and pantry and no clue what I want for dinner. Might be due to lack of appetite still but I'm sure I will come up with something. Worst case - I'll bake some chicken with herbs on it with some rosemary roasted potato and a frozen veggie of some sort. Maybe as a sheet pan dinner like this ... we will see. I know I have fresh lemon and everything else needed to make it.

chicken here - I shopped yesterday and have a large package of chicken to package for the freezer so some of it will be for supper tonight - herbs on potatoes sound good - might steal your idea - a little olive oil drizzled over herbs

That sounds delicious!! I've been on strike since last week when it comes to cooking. I've been making the easiest meals I can think of... even down to hot dogs and french fries last night!

Glad you had time for some hexie stitching with a bit of entertainment, too, on your day off! We had grilled ham and cheese for lunch today - yum. The sheet pan recipe sounds good, too!
