The sewing machine works! I managed to make some of the Colons for this month in dark blues.
Aidan made a sponge cake last night with frosting. A little dry- I think that is why they add jam or a liquid to it - but it was pretty yummy. Only 2 small slivers left!

I think cocoa makes cake dry so one must figure out what's needed. We slather them in frosting to make up for it, or ice cream around here, or whipped cream! I made one with stout beer and bailys in icing, it was good and less dry but still not moist. If you find an answer let me know
